Mobile Rail is our solution for high volume, continuous production. Since the rail is integrated as a synchronized 7th axis, the robot and rail move as a single whole. This allows continuous walls up to 12 meters long to be built with a precision that cannot be achieved with manual construction.

Why Manual Leveling?
In the 3DCP world, "Simple" means "Reliable". While others rely on complex electronic sensors that fail in dusty, high-vibration environments, AVENCO uses robust hydraulics and mechanical leveling.
The result: Less downtime, easier field repairs and a machine that actually works on a real construction site.
Hybrid Power Logic
We distinguish between the functions "Movement" and "Printing".
Crawler: Gasoline engine for movement; electricity for printing.
Mobile Rail: Battery for positioning; 380V for printing. In this way, the robot always gets the clean and stable power it needs for precision, while heavy loads are handled by high-torque mechanical systems.
Wide Vertical Range
Our mobility solutions don't just move horizontally. With Crawler's 1150 mm stroke and Rail's 4.5 m effective height, you have the vertical clearance to handle foundations, different floor levels and high-ceiling designs without the need for external scaffolding.
